Production and Delivery Times

S.S.D. Beach Volley Cagliari is committed to providing high-quality technical apparel. To ensure this standard, many of our products (especially match kits and custom apparel) are not mass-produced industrially, but crafted with artisanal care.

All our products are printed, sewn, and tailored in Italy, using certified technical fabrics (often OEKO-TEX), which are hypoallergenic and specifically designed for beach volleyball.

For this reason, processing times vary depending on the type of product:

  • Ready-to-ship products: These are generally handed over to the courier within 2-5 business days.
  • Custom products and Match Kits: For items requiring the printing of a specific Name, Number, or logos, production and shipping take between 7 and 15 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Italy: The shipping fee is € 7.00.
  • Minor Islands and Remote Areas: A surcharge may apply, which will be displayed before payment.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over € 120.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed over to the courier (e.g., GLS, Bartolini, Poste Italiane in Italy), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this code to follow the delivery status in real-time.

International Shipping and Customs Duties

We also ship outside of Italy. However, if products are to be delivered to a country outside the European Union:

  • The total price indicated in the order is net of any customs duties and other sales taxes.
  • The Customer agrees to pay such duties or taxes, if applicable, directly to the competent authorities of their country upon delivery.
  • Any additional costs for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Failed Delivery or Damaged Packages

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number provided are correct. Upon delivery, if you notice that the package is visibly damaged, tampered with, or wet, please accept it "with reservation" (pointing this out to the courier) or refuse it, contacting us immediately at:
